Whether for smaller Meetings or big Events, sometimes Organizers and Hosts only need Disinfection Equipment and Air Purifers temporarily. We have already developed our Rental Service for this Purpose in 2020.
Our Rental Equipment is particularly suitable for smaller and medium-sized Events in Hotels or Conference Centers, such as Sales Meetings, Symposia, Festivals, Motivational Events, In-House Trade Fairs or further and advanced Training Courses.
In the first Step we help with the Development of the Hygiene Concept and together with the Organizer, the Event Agency or the Operator of the Event Location we create an Action Plan so that the Participants or Visitors feel safe. The Aim is, of course, to signi cantly reduce the Risk of Viruses and Bacteria so that the Risk of Infection is eliminated as far as possible.
The most important Measures include the appropriate Equipment of the Event Location with Air Puri ers and Disinfection Stations (Dispenser Systems).
As Part of our Rental Service, we not only develop the Hygiene Concept or provide support for the Service Providers, but of course we also take care of the Installation of the Equipment, the ongoing Operation and the Dismantling immediately after the Event.
